These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Page Manager at scst-school.co.in (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
Access to the Service is granted per account by your organization's administrator. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Facebook's Platform Terms, Community Standards, and Advertising Policies when publishing content to any connected Facebook Page.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Connecting Facebook Accounts
When you connect a Facebook account, you authorize the Service to act on your behalf for the specific permissions you approve (such as viewing Pages, publishing posts/Reels, or reading insights). You may disconnect this access at any time from your Facebook Settings or from within the Service.
4. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, schedule, or publish through the Service, including compliance with copyright, privacy, and platform policies. We do not review content before it is published to your Pages.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or third-party right; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; or use the Service to spam, harass, or publish deceptive or misleading content.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, hosting issues, or changes to Facebook's Graph API may occasionally affect functionality.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time — see Data Deletion Instructions.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Page Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues arising from Facebook Platform changes outside our control.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
